Responsibilities
- Manage incoming telephone enquiries and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of council documents, reports, and meeting packs.
- Update and maintain accurate records in the internal database systems.
- Support the front desk reception area during peak hours.
- Process applications and paperwork for various government programs.
- Collaborate with colleagues across different departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications
