- Process and maintain confidential public health records in compliance with state regulations

- Prepare routine reports using Microsoft Office Suite
- Support cross-functional teams during public health emergency responses
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year administrative experience in government or healthcare
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality standards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid California driver's license
