Responsibilities
- Manage capital improvement projects from planning through completion
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and community stakeholders
- Oversee project budgets and ensure compliance with municipal regulations
- Lead cross-functional teams and vendor relationships
- Prepare progress reports for city council and public agencies
- Implement sustainable infrastructure solutions
- Ensure ADA compliance and accessibility standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Public Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of project management experience in government/public sector
- PMP certification or equivalent professional credentials
- Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and GIS systems
- Ohio PE license or ability to obtain within 6 months
- Strong knowledge of ODOT and municipal procurement processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience managing federal/state grant-funded projects
