- Office Operations: Handle filing, scanning, and organizing both physical and digital documents to ensure compliance with state regulations.
- Scheduling: Assist in coordinating appointments and managing the calendars of department supervisors.
- Report Preparation: Assist in the preparation of routine reports and correspondence for management review.
- Customer Service: Greet visitors and provide guidance on department services and resources.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of administrative or clerical experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer navigation.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to maintain accuracy in data handling and record-keeping.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Requirements: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
