Responsibilities
- Manage incoming inquiries via phone and email, providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute official government correspondence, reports, and memos.
- Organize and maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems in compliance with state regulations.
- Assist in the scheduling of meetings, managing calendars, and arranging travel arrangements.
- Perform data entry and update state databases to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Support the procurement process by preparing requisitions and tracking orders.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
