Responsibilities
- Manage incoming correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail, ensuring timely and accurate distribution to appropriate departments.
- Assist with the preparation of meeting materials, briefing books, and presentation slides.
- Maintain and organize physical and electronic filing systems in compliance with federal record-keeping regulations.
- Process travel vouchers and expense reports for staff members with high accuracy.
- Support the administrative needs of the office by coordinating schedules and managing calendars.
- Prepare reports and data summaries using Microsoft Office Suite and internal government databases.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative or clerical experience, preferably within a government or corporate environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to pass a background investigation and security clearance process.
