Responsibilities
- Manage and organize confidential veteran records using federal compliance protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service to veterans and their families via phone and in-person
- Process administrative paperwork with 99% accuracy within SLA requirements
- Coordinate scheduling for veteran appointments and meetings
- Maintain digital filing systems and document databases
- Assist with veterans benefit application processing
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on special projects
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year administrative or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to pass federal background check
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience with veteran affairs systems preferred
- Ability to work 20-25 hours per week
