Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone inquiries.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate electronic and physical records.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, memos, and meeting agendas.
- Coordinate schedules and appointments for department leadership.
- Process documents and forms in compliance with state regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service to the public and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in a government or corporate setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Must pass a background check.
