Responsibilities
- Process Medicaid and SNAP applications with accuracy and compliance
- Conduct eligibility verification interviews via phone and in-person
- Maintain confidential client records in state databases
- Coordinate with community partners for client support services
- Generate monthly performance reports and case documentation
- Adhere to all state and federal regulations (HIPAA, TAC 405)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years customer service or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to pass background check and fingerprinting
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Spanish bilingual certification (strongly preferred)
- Valid Texas driver's license
