- Coordinate with medical and administrative teams to resolve benefit issues
- Prepare correspondence and reports using standardized templates
- Support community outreach events for veteran services
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years clerical or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry systems
- Ability to pass federal background check
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of veteran services is a plus
