Responsibilities
- Coordinate and implement community health education workshops in underserved neighborhoods

- Support vaccination outreach events and health screenings
- Maintain accurate records of community engagement activities
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams on public awareness campaigns
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in public health/social sciences preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in community outreach or customer service
- Fluency in English and Spanish (additional languages valued)
- Strong interpersonal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and data tracking tools
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to walk long distances and stand for extended periods
