Responsibilities
- Organize and conduct community outreach events across El Paso neighborhoods
- Provide accurate information about city services, programs, and resources
- Assist residents with program enrollment forms and documentation
- Maintain detailed records of community interactions and feedback
- Collaborate with city departments to coordinate outreach initiatives
- Prepare weekly activity reports and performance metrics
- Represent the City of El Paso professionally at public events
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years of customer service or community outreach experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Spanish
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and data entry systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Knowledge of El Paso communities and resources a plus
