Responsibilities
- Conduct targeted outreach to underserved neighborhoods via door-to-door canvassing and community events
- Facilitate informational workshops on city programs (housing, healthcare, employment services)
- Collect and analyze community feedback using digital platforms and surveys
- Collaborate with department heads to address resident concerns and service gaps
- Develop multilingual educational materials in English, Spanish, and Chinese

Qualifications
