Responsibilities
- Organize and staff community outreach events across Mesa neighborhoods
- Develop educational materials on city programs and services

- Assist in translating materials for diverse populations

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years in customer service or community engagement
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean record
- Experience with bilingual communication (Spanish/English) a plus
