Responsibilities
- Develop and implement targeted outreach strategies for underserved neighborhoods
- Facilitate informational sessions on county programs (healthcare, housing, employment)
- Collect and analyze community feedback to improve service delivery
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and program participation
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams on initiative alignment
- Support special events including health fairs and resource workshops
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred)
- 1+ years community outreach or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management tools
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (bilingual required)
- Valid Ohio driver's license with reliable transportation
