- Provide accurate information about city services, programs, and resources
- Conduct bilingual outreach (English/Spanish) to underserved communities
- Collect and document resident feedback for departmental improvements
- Collaborate with city departments on public awareness campaigns
- Maintain digital and physical resource distribution channels
- Prepare detailed activity reports and analytics for leadership review
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or community outreach
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (required)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible evenings/weekends for events
