Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- 1+ years community outreach or public service experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and digital communication tools
- Ability to work evenings/weekends for community events
- Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license
