Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door outreach in designated Detroit neighborhoods to promote public health initiatives
- Assist residents with Medicaid enrollment and program applications

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- 1+ years experience in community outreach or customer service

- Valid Michigan driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish (bilingual a plus)
- Pass background check and fingerprinting
