Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door outreach in designated Baltimore communities to promote public health programs
- Facilitate educational workshops on health topics (e.g., vaccination, nutrition)
- Collect and report community feedback via digital surveys and in-person interviewsCollaborate with local organizations to coordinate health fairs and community events
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities using CRM software
- Assist with multilingual communication (Spanish preferred)
- Participate in weekly team briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in public health/social sciences preferred
- 1+ years experience in community outreach, customer service, or related field
- Valid Maryland driver's license with reliable transportation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic knowledge of Baltimore neighborhoods and community resources
