Responsibilities
- Oversee public health program implementation across 102 counties
- Analyze epidemiological data to develop evidence-based interventions
- Coordinate with local health departments and community stakeholders
- Manage grant budgets and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations
- Lead emergency preparedness response protocols
- Develop health education materials for diverse populations
- Conduct program evaluations and performance metrics reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of public health program management experience
- Valid Illinois Public Health Administrator certification
- Advanced knowledge of HIPAA and public health regulations
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (SPSS, SAS, or R)
- Strong grant writing and budget management skills
- Excellent written communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
