Responsibilities
- Process driver's license, vehicle registration, and title transactions with accuracy
- Provide clear guidance on DMV regulations and documentation requirements
- Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Utilize state-specific systems to update records and process payments
- Maintain organized filing systems for documentation and compliance

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
