Responsibilities
- Manage confidential documentation and case files for federal compliance
- Process administrative requests using federal databases (e.g., e-QIP, GOVPAY)
- Coordinate inter-agency communications and scheduling for security briefings
- Prepare official correspondence and reports adhering to federal formatting standards
- Support FOIA requests and records management protocols
- Assist with onboarding procedures for new federal contractors
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required with ability to obtain federal clearance
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience in government/compliance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Knowledge of federal records management (NARA standards)
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Valid NC driver's license preferred
