Responsibilities
- Manage and organize incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate distribution.
- Support program managers by preparing briefing materials, meeting agendas, and reports.
- Maintain comprehensive filing systems, both physical and electronic, in strict compliance with federal record-keeping standards.
- Assist with data entry and the processing of federal grant applications and documentation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for visitors and stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and schedule meetings for department leadership.
- Conduct research on regulatory updates to ensure operational compliance.
Qualifications
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen (required for federal positions).
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of administrative support experience in a corporate or government setting.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and government-specific software (e.g., JPM, SharePoint).
