- Maintain accurate electronic case files in federal systems
- Comply with VA regulations and quality assurance standards
- Collaborate with medical and legal teams for complex cases
- Process payments and documentation for approved claims
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent work experience in healthcare, legal, or administrative fields
- Minimum 1 year experience in claims processing or benefits administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and federal database systems
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- U.S. citizenship and ability to pass federal background check
- Experience with veterans' affairs preferred
