- Provide exceptional customer service to veterans and agency stakeholders, addressing inquiries professionally.
- Prepare routine reports and briefings for senior management as required.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal privacy regulations, security protocols, and agency policies.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship is mandatory for federal employment.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential.
- Ability to pass a federal background investigation and obtain a security clearance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on detail.
- Previous experience in an office or administrative setting is preferred but not required.
