Responsibilities
- Process and maintain confidential federal records with 100% accuracy
- Coordinate document management across DOJ departments
- Provide exceptional constituent service via in-person and digital channels
- Assist with case file preparation and evidentiary documentation
- Execute federal compliance protocols for document retention
- Support administrative operations for federal court liaison activities
- Utilize DOJ-specific databases and information systems
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship (mandatory for federal employment)
- Minimum 2 years clerical or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and federal record systems
- Ability to obtain and maintain federal security clearance
