Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed compliance reports for senior leadership and federal oversight bodies
- Manage documentation systems for audit trails and regulatory adherence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Policy, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in federal/state compliance auditing
- Current VA or federal background clearance eligibility
- Proficiency in compliance software (e.g., FedTracker, VA Connect)
- Knowledge of 38 CFR and VHA policy manuals
