Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation, review, and submission of federal contract proposals and bid packages.
- Ensure strict compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and internal quality control standards.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date digital and physical records of contract modifications, invoices, and correspondence.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external federal clients to clarify requirements and provide status updates.
- Support the contract lifecycle management process, including onboarding, reporting, and close-out procedures.
- Perform data entry and analysis to track contract performance metrics and budget utilization.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative support, contract coordination, or government contracting.
- Familiarity with FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) guidelines is highly desirable.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management systems.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government-issued background clearance.
