- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliverables
- Perform quality assurance checks on datasets and validate analytical outputs
- Document methodologies and maintain audit trails for all data processes
- Present findings to senior leadership through concise executive summaries
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Public Health, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 2+ years of experience with federal healthcare datasets and compliance standards
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, R, and Python for data manipulation and analysis
- Expertise in Tableau or Power BI for data visualization and reporting
- Strong understanding of statistical methodologies and experimental design
- Certification in federal data security protocols (e.g., CIPP/US)
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in high-stakes environments
