Responsibilities
- Analyze complex federal datasets to identify trends and support agency compliance requirements
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using SQL, Python, and Tableau for government stakeholders
- Ensure strict adherence to FISMA, HIPAA, and other federal data regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data collection methodologies
- Perform data quality audits and implement corrective actions
- Document all processes according to federal documentation standards
- Stay current with evolving federal data security protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 2+ years of experience with federal/government data analysis
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/Numpy), and visualization tools
- Certification in federal data compliance (e.g., CDMP, CIPP) preferred
- Demonstrated experience with large-scale dataset management
- Strong understanding of 5CFR and federal reporting requirements
- Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
