Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for federal employees, including hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Configure, deploy, and maintain network infrastructure components in compliance with federal security standards.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot network connectivity issues in real-time.
- Document all technical procedures, incidents, and resolutions in our knowledge management system.
- Assist in the administration of cloud services (e.g., Azure) for government projects.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with federal security protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve IT service delivery and user experience.
Qualifications
- Active Top Secret clearance or eligibility to obtain one (required for federal roles).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with federal IT security frameworks (e.g., NIST, DIACAP).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work part-time hours (20-25 hrs/week) with availability during business hours.
