Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret complex federal datasets to support decision-making processes.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI.
- Prepare regular performance reports and statistical analyses for federal stakeholders.
- Ensure data accuracy and adherence to federal data governance standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal regulations and data privacy laws.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the federal government or defense sector.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (Tableau/PowerBI).
- Strong understanding of data warehousing and ETL processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting technical findings.
- Ability to obtain or maintain a government security clearance.
