Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and maintenance for federal network infrastructure, servers, and hardware systems.
- Ensure strict compliance with NIST 800-171, FISMA, and other federal security standards.
- Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, and resolution of complex IT issues for federal personnel.
- Document system configurations, security protocols, and operational procedures in accordance with federal guidelines.
- Collaborate with agency stakeholders to implement IT solutions and improve system performance.
- Maintain inventory of hardware and software assets and ensure proper asset tagging.
Qualifications
- Active Secret Security Clearance (or ability to obtain).
- Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support, network administration, or federal contracting.
- Proficiency with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Cisco networking equipment.
- Strong understanding of federal IT security policies, data privacy, and compliance regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently during part-time hours.
