Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain federal IT infrastructure to ensure high availability and security.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal regulations, including FISMA, NIST, and FedRAMP standards.
- Lead technical projects from inception to deployment, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and system optimization for enterprise applications.
- Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability testing to mitigate risks.
- Provide expert-level technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal or government IT environments.
- Active Secret or Top Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain one).
- Strong proficiency in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) and cybersecurity frameworks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder reporting.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
