Responsibilities
- Analyze healthcare policy trends and draft policy briefs for congressional review

- Coordinate with state health departments on implementation guidelines

- Monitor compliance with federal healthcare regulations (ACA, HIPAA)
- Develop data visualization tools for policy impact assessment
- Participate in interagency working groups for health equity initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Public Policy, or related field
- Minimum 2 years policy analysis experience (government preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in statistical analysis (SPSS/R/SAS)
- Strong written communication with sample policy writing submission required
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain federal security clearance
- Knowledge of CMS regulations and healthcare delivery systems
- Experience with federal grant application processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and policy databases
