Responsibilities
- Analyze healthcare program data and prepare compliance reports for federal/state agencies
- Coordinate with local health departments to implement federal initiatives
- Develop program evaluation metrics and track performance indicators
- Assist in drafting policy recommendations for public health programs
- Conduct research on healthcare trends and regulatory changes
- Support grant application reviews for community health projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on program improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Public Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in healthcare policy or program analysis
- Proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Knowledge of federal grant management regulations (2 CFR 200)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- U.S. citizenship and eligibility for federal employment
- Experience with California state healthcare programs preferred
