Responsibilities
- Process vital records requests (birth/death certificates) with accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain confidential records in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations
- Assist walk-in clients with documentation inquiries and form submissions
- Verify applicant identities and supporting documentation
- Update and maintain digital record-keeping systems
- Collaborate with public health teams on data integrity initiatives
- Process payments and maintain transaction records
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years experience in records management or customer service
