Responsibilities
- Program Support: Provide essential administrative and technical support to federal project managers, including scheduling, documentation, and resource coordination.
- Compliance Monitoring: Ensure all program activities adhere to federal regulations, agency guidelines, and internal compliance standards.
- Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track program progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, fostering strong professional relationships.
- Meeting Coordination: Organize and facilitate virtual and in-person meetings, preparing agendas and distributing meeting minutes promptly.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project deliverables, contracts, and correspondence.
Qualifications
- Citizenship Requirement: Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business, Political Science, or a related field preferred; or equivalent relevant experience.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in federal, state, or local government administration or program management.
- Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance (or higher) is required.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with case management software (e.g., Salesforce, COTS tools).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex federal requirements into actionable steps.
