Responsibilities
- Coordinate veteran benefit programs and eligibility screenings
- Process VA claims with 99% accuracy and timeliness standards
- Conduct outreach initiatives to connect veterans with resources
- Maintain confidential case files in compliance with federal regulations
- Collaborate with community partners for service integration
- Analyze program data to identify improvement opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer service to veteran stakeholders
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Associate degree in Public Administration or related field
- 2+ years experience in veteran services or federal programs
- Proficiency in VA systems (VBMS, VBA) and Microsoft Office
- Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
