Responsibilities
- Manage and organize high-volume federal records in accordance with strict compliance standards.
- Perform accurate data entry and digitization of physical documents into secure databases.
- Conduct routine audits of filing systems to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Assist visitors and staff with inquiries regarding document retrieval and filing procedures.
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of sensitive government information.
- Collaborate with the team to streamline workflow processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship is required for this federal position.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative support, records management, or data entry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain organized systems under pressure.
- Ability to pass a background check and obtain a government security clearance.
