Responsibilities
- Manage incoming correspondence, inquiries, and requests from constituents and internal departments.
- Perform high-volume data entry and maintain accurate, up-to-date records in state databases.
- Assist in the preparation, formatting, and distribution of official state documents and reports.
- Support senior staff with scheduling, meeting coordination, and general administrative tasks.
- Ensure strict adherence to state and federal regulations, confidentiality protocols, and office policies.
- Assist constituents with navigating available state services and providing clear guidance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline administrative processes.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of administrative or clerical experience in a government or corporate setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential.
- Strong typing speed (minimum 40 WPM) and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
