Responsibilities
- Process public records requests and maintain accurate documentation
- Provide exceptional citizen assistance via phone and in-person inquiries
- Coordinate departmental communications and public outreach initiatives
- Support grant application processes and compliance reporting

- Assist with data collection and performance metric analysis

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years administrative or government experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Valid California Driver's License
- Ability to pass background check and fingerprint clearance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of public records access laws (CPRA)
- Experience with public sector budget processes preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) certification required
