Responsibilities
- Manage incoming correspondence, emails, and phone calls in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist in the processing, verification, and data entry of public applications and citizen requests.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic filing systems and physical records.
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and meeting packs for senior management.
- Support the wider team during peak periods and special government initiatives.
Qualifications
- GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent Level 2 qualifications).
- Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Understanding of government policies and procedures is an advantage.
