Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive policy research and data analysis to support government decision-making processes.
- Prepare high-level reports, briefings, and presentations for executive stakeholders and parliamentary committees.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal and compliance departments, to ensure regulatory alignment.
- Identify trends and emerging issues within the public sector and propose innovative solutions.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for internal and external partners.
- Oversee the implementation of government initiatives and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Economics, Political Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working within the UK public sector or a relevant government consultancy.
- Proven track record of producing high-quality analytical reports and policy papers.
- Strong understanding of UK government frameworks, legislative processes, and public administration principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, or Tableau.
