Responsibilities
- Process and maintain official city records, permits, and documentation with meticulous attention to detail
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents and businesses through in-person, phone, and digital channels
- Assist with data entry, file management, and record-keeping using municipal software systems
- Support departmental operations by preparing reports, correspondence, and administrative materials
- Coordinate with city departments to ensure accurate information dissemination and compliance

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year of administrative/clerical experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
