Responsibilities
- Record Management: Process, verify, and maintain accurate physical and electronic files and records for various city departments.
- Public Service: Assist visitors and citizens by answering inquiries, directing them to appropriate departments, and providing general information.
- Data Entry: Perform high-volume data entry tasks with a focus on speed and accuracy, ensuring all information is up-to-date in the database.
- Communication: Draft and distribute memos, letters, and reports; respond to routine correspondence in a professional and timely manner.

Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably within a government or public sector environment.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with database management systems.
