- Write, edit, and submit compelling grant proposals aligned with organizational missions and funding criteria
- Develop persuasive budgets, narratives, and supporting documentation for funding applications
- Manage grant application deadlines and reporting requirements across multiple projects
- Collaborate with program directors to gather necessary data and impact metrics
- Maintain accurate records of funding sources, applications, and compliance documentation
- Stay current on funding trends, regulations, and best practices in grant writing
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Nonprofit Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years professional grant writing experience with proven funding success
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail
- Strong research abilities and familiarity with local/regional funding landscapes
- Experience with grant databases (e.g., Candid, GrantStation) and CRM systems
