Responsibilities
- Research and identify relevant foundation, corporate, and government funding opportunities
- Develop compelling grant proposals, narratives, and budgets aligned with organizational goals
- Manage full grant lifecycle from research to reporting and stewardship
- Collaborate with program staff to gather data and impact metrics
- Maintain accurate grant records in CRM database
- Prepare interim/final reports for funders
- Stay updated on funding trends and compliance requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field (Communications, Nonprofit Mgmt, English) or equivalent experience
- 3+ years grant writing experience with proven funding success
- Portfolio demonstrating $500K+ in secured grants
- Exceptional writing/editing skills with attention to detail
- Strong research and analytical abilities
- Proficiency in nonprofit databases (e.g., Candid, Foundation Directory)
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in remote environment
