Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical troubleshooting and support for federal hardware and software systems.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of network security protocols.
- Conduct regular system audits and ensure compliance with federal IT standards.

- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate system logs.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of an Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in technical support or system administration.
- Familiarity with federal security frameworks and IT compliance regulations.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- U.S. Citizenship required for federal employment consideration.
