Responsibilities
- Facilitate park maintenance including mowing, landscaping, and equipment upkeep
- Operate recreational facilities (pools, sports courts, picnic areas)
- Lead youth/adult activities including sports, arts, and educational programs
- Enforce safety protocols and provide visitor assistance
- Assist with special events and community outreach initiatives
- Perform routine inspections of park amenities and report hazards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Texas driver's license (Class C)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather
- Experience in landscaping, event coordination, or customer service preferred
- First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
